Begin the celebration with a welcome drink, choosing between a refreshing Redbank Mimosa or a house sparkling wine, before enjoying a carefully curated menu. Start with a grilled chicken and avocado salad, followed by grilled salmon with pistachio crumb, quinoa salsa and white wine herb velouté sauce for the main course. Finish on a sweet note with an indulgent chocolate lava fondant with white chocolate truffle.
