Manish – Head Chef

Head Chef, Manish, brings with him over 10 years of food and beverage experience. Starting off in cruise ships, he has gained culinary experience across a variety of different cuisines around the world.

His experience allows him to play with different foods, understanding how to pair flavours and highlight unique flavours in a variety of dishes.

His menu at Hop & Huddle showcases his flare and passion for what he does, through distinctive high quality meats, marinades and smoked dishes.

 

Giselle – Venue Manager

Hop & Huddle Venue Manager Giselle comes with almost a decade of hospitality experience.

With a great deal of experience in high-end hospitality management, Giselle prides herself on providing excellent and authentic service, and creating enjoyable, safe and memorable experiences and places for patrons dine, and staff to work.
