Ben – Head Chef

Head Chef, Ben, brings with him over 10 years of food and beverage experience. Starting off in England working in boutique hotels, Ben then relocated to Australia where he gained experience from pubs through to 5 star resorts and hatted restaurants.

 His experience allows him to play with different foods, understanding how to pair flavours and highlight unique flavours in a variety of dishes.

His menu at Hop & Huddle showcases his flare and passion for what he does, creating distinctive high quality favourites.

Hop & Huddle Venue Manager Giselle comes with almost a decade of hospitality experience.

With a great deal of experience in high-end hospitality management, Giselle prides herself on providing excellent and authentic service, and creating enjoyable, safe and memorable experiences and places for patrons dine, and staff to work.
